Pilot terms
Last updated 2 September 2026 · Keel is in a closed, invite-only pilot.
The pilot
Keel is offered to invited participants only, free of charge, for a limited term while the product is being built. Access may be paused or ended, and features may change, at any time during the pilot. When Keel becomes generally available, pricing will apply; pilot participants will be eligible for early-bird pricing.
Your account
One account per person. Keep your credentials private and tell us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission. You may leave at any time by deleting your account.
What Keel does and does not do
- Keel reads the sources you connect and produces briefs, suggestions and drafts for you.
- Keel does not send messages, create events, or take any external action unless you explicitly approve that specific action. Approved actions run once.
- Keel's briefs and suggestions can be wrong. They are assistance, not advice; you remain responsible for what you send and decide.
Your data
Your data stays yours. How it is handled is described in the privacy notice, which forms part of these terms.
Acceptable use
Use Keel only with mailboxes, calendars and workspaces you are entitled to connect. Do not attempt to access anyone else's account or data, probe or disrupt the service, or use it for anything unlawful.
Liability
The pilot is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, liability for the pilot is limited to the amount you paid for it, which is nothing.
